Our pork is pasture raised with access to free choice rolled mixed grain (barley and oats) that we grow on our farm. Our Tamworth pigs are a heritage breed known as a bacon pig. They are long and lean and have exceptional flavour. By raising our pigs outdoors, where they naturally want to be, they are happy and healthy eliminating the need for use of hormones or antibiotics of any kind.
